By-pass lopper head with a 180 degree revolving aluminum arm for precise cutting angles. A support strap fits over your shoulder and allows you to work from your hip in all directions with less fatigue. Reach high for selective pruning of high or wide shrubs. Reach low for cutting without bending down.
